Consultation Booking Disclaimer

IMPORTANT NOTICE: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING

This Consultation Booking Disclaimer ("Disclaimer") governs the terms of the complimentary or paid initial consultation (the "Consultation") provided by RL Hinton CPA PC ("the Firm," "we," "us," or "our"). By scheduling a Consultation with our firm, you ("you" or "the Client") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and expressly agreed to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

1. No Accountant-Client Relationship. Scheduling and participating in a Consultation does not, in itself, create a formal or binding accountant-client relationship. Such a relationship shall only be established upon the mutual execution of a formal written Engagement Letter and any other required documentation by both you and an authorized representative of the Firm. We reserve the right to decline representation to any individual or entity at our sole discretion.

2. Purpose of Consultation. The Consultation is intended solely for the purpose of providing a preliminary opportunity for you to discuss your financial situation in general terms and for the Firm to determine if and how we may be of service. The scope is limited to a high-level discussion and is not intended to be a comprehensive analysis of your financial or tax situation.

3. Informational Nature of Discussion. Any information, guidance, or opinions provided during the Consultation are for general informational purposes only. They are based on the limited information you provide and do not constitute professional tax, accounting, financial, or legal advice. You should not act or refrain from acting based on information received during this Consultation without first seeking tailored advice from a qualified professional who has been formally engaged to assess your specific circumstances.

4. No Reliance on Information. The Firm expressly disclaims all liability with respect to actions taken or not taken based on any or all of the contents of the Consultation. Any reliance on the information provided is done strictly at your own risk.

5. Confidentiality. We will hold the information you share during the Consultation in strict confidence. However, the protections afforded by a formal accountant-client relationship, including any applicable privileges, do not attach until a formal engagement is established as outlined in Section 1.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction. RL Hinton CPA PC is a Certified Public Accounting firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. This Disclaimer and the provision of the Consultation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
